An interesting article about autism

What is Autism Spectrum Disorder? article by National Institute of Mental Health   Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder that affects communication and behavior. Although autism can be diagnosed at any age, it is described as a “developmental disorder” because symptoms generally appear in the first two years of life. πŸ’™The Way of Autism !!! You will not cross it aloneπŸ’™

Did that kid meet you? He, who walks in the street has his hand in the hands of one of his parents, and yet he tries to escape and run away from his parents. A child hates waiting lines and does not like standing in one place. He makes strange noises and performs strange behaviors, such as throwing himself on the ground or flapping with his hands, touching your bag, the watch of your hand, your glasses, or even trying to take food from your hand .. A child crying loudly despite calm attempts from his relatives .. A child may be over the acceptable age for these behaviors, but he is still performing them .. Has such a child passed you ?? Tired of his behavior ?? Surprised at his movements ?? You wondered the reason for his behavior ?? Well, he is simply a child with AUTISM and the reason for his behavior is that he is unable to properly understand the world around him, his awareness of the concept of right and wrong is very weak. This child mostly cannot speak, so

This is a very beautiful poem written by Lisa Lozada-Shaw to her son Antonio                                             To My Autistic Child Where are you this moment, my darling young child Where have your thoughts taken you? Where are you this moment, my darling young angel Is there something you need me to do? Is there a way I can touch you Is there a sign I should know Is there a a path I could follow That would help you to learn and to grow? If I could reach down inside you If I could cuddle your heart, If I could take the mystery away, Would you know we never will part? Where are you this moment my child Where are your thoughts taking you? Please know I am right here beside you No matter what like takes us through. Maya Saade
